Adored Earth At The Clean and Tidy Home Show
Trailblazing eco-friendly laundry detergent company, Adored Earth is over joyed to announce their selection as a featured brand at this year’s Clean & Tidy Home Show.
The huge award-winning exhibition takes place at the Excel Centre in London over the 14th and 15th of October ’23. With a focus on living a more clean, organised and sustainable existence, the show features talks from clean-fluencers and industry experts, as well as show casing innovative, forward-thinking brands.
Not only that, but Adored Earth have also been nominated for two of the shows prestigious awards, Cleaning Product of the Year and Contribution to the Community. As an emerging brand, the nominations alone represent a significant leap in the right direction, validating the team's unwavering commitment and hard work with well-deserved recognition.
Eco-Ergent for Cleaning Product of the Year
Adored Earth’s revolutionary, eco-friendly laundry detergent sheets, Eco-Ergent, offers a high performing alternative to traditional laundry powder, gels and pods. With only 12% of plastics passing through the UK’s recycling bins actually being recycled, the brand set out to create a product that significantly reduced waste.
The pressed sheets are made from highly concentrated laundry detergent which contain no harmful dyes, parabens, optical brighteners or animal by-products. They are readily bio-degradable and non-biological, relying solely on plant derived surfactants for cleaning power.
Delivered in an unbleached, kraft cardboard packaging, Eco-Ergent eliminates the need for plastic. This means both sheet and packaging are completely biodegradable.
Start Local, Work Outwards
Outside of running the business, Adored Earth’s founders Sal and Jamie spend their spare time furthering the impact they are having on the environment. Organising and joining with litter picks, beach cleans, planting seeds, trees and working with their local woodland creation team, the pair have a strong dedication to both active impact and education surrounding environmentally positive actions.
Over the weekend of the 26th of August, they’ll be teaming up with Clean & Tidy Home Show to organise a community litter pick in The Wirral, asking locals to pledge to collect litter in their own areas over the bank holiday weekend.
They don’t stop at environmental issues either, donating a year’s supply of sheets to their local Guide Dog Association for the Blind, and also raising money with a 52km hike for SALVE International, a Ugandan charity which supports orphaned children living on the streets of Uganda.
This dedication and commitment to promoting the changes they want to see, bagged them the nomination for Contribution to the Community.
